We hope you are happy with your order from Misty Cashmere. However, if you would like to return your purchase for refund or exchange please return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date. (Exchanges will be sent out free of charge.) When you return your item please:

  1. Include the garment in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Include the tear off slip at the bottom of your Invoice giving reason for return.
  3. From your Invoice affix the Returns Label - Misty Cashmere Returns Department, PO BOX 254, LEWES, BN7 9LH, UK to your return package. This also shows your order number.

Take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service. Please obtain proof of postage for your parcel. We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged on receipt.

Please note that we will only refund return postage for returned goods that are damaged or faulty. In this case you will be offered an exchange or full refund, including postage.

Once we have received your returned order we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. We will process your return request within 7 days of receipt of the returned. If your order is refunded a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment of goods and we will send you further email notification to confirm this.

Gifts: If the item you wish to return was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit code to the value of your return. Please include your name, address, email address and a contact phone number in any correspondence.

EU Customers

Customers from within the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an order within 14 working days of the day of receipt of the order. You will need to state that you have returned your items and wish to cancel the contract, giving details of the garments ordered. You must also return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, by post, to the above address.

If you wish to cancel your order within the 14-day period under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund your entire order, including your delivery charge (providing all items in the order are returned). However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

When you return a product to us because you have cancelled the contract between us, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case,within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. After the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed, our standard Returns Policy applies (see above).
